Heidi has more than nearly 20 years of experience as a frontline nurse and nurse leader. She saw firsthand the disparity between legacy productivity systems, lack of labor management systems and what was needed in the hospital and floors. After years of scouring the marketplace with no viable solution in sight, she developed her own evidence-based solution to solve her own staffing issues. Today, she’s helping others improve outcomes and financial results.

Sarah is an accomplished healthcare professional with more than 20 years of nursing experience and a wealth of knowledge in maternal and newborn healthcare. She also has a Master’s Degree in Nursing with certification as a Clinical Nurse Leader. Sarah is active in professional associations and committees, and has been published in the Journal of Gynecologic, Obstetric, and Neonatal Nursing. Her dedication to improving patient outcomes and fostering collaborative relationships underscores her impact in the maternal and neonatal healthcare landscape.
