Heidi Morin MSN, MBA, RN, FABC
Heidi has more than nearly 20 years of experience as a frontline nurse and nurse leader. She saw firsthand the disparity between legacy productivity systems, lack of labor management systems and what was needed in the hospital and floors. After years of scouring the marketplace with no viable solution in sight, she developed her own evidence-based solution to solve her own staffing issues. Today, she’s helping others improve outcomes and financial results.
